I’m Zachary Cochran, founder of Cochran Coaching LLC. After college, I used to do parkour as a hobby. As a teenager, I made videos with action figures. When I can get away, I like to go out for a jog spend time processing my thoughts journaling. I run a weekly tabletop board game group out of our home in Baltimore on weekends. Our family goes camping a few times a year.

A fan of Apple products, my wife gave me an Apple Watch, and it revolutionized the way I manage my work and life. I am a relative power user of ChatGPT and use it just about every day for work and fun. Favorite video games of all time are Baldur’s Gate 3, Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, and Skyrim.

I’ve read (mostly audiobooks) about 100 books since starting my business and have found that to be an incredible source of ongoing learning. I aspire to earn the International Coaching Federation’s (ICF’s) ultra rare MCC (Master Certified Coach) credential and am working toward obtaining its required 2,500 hours of coaching.

I’m Alexis Steyn, working remotely as an Executive Assistant at Cochran Coaching. I draw on my customer service experience to help manage tasks and keep things on track. Outside of work, I’m an avid photographer and animal lover, surrounded by a handful of pets that keep life interesting.

I look forward to using my experience to help Cochran Coaching continue to grow and succeed.

Specializing in inbox management and organization, I bring a proactive approach to supporting busy professionals, ensuring clear communication and efficient operations behind the scenes.

I'm Tori Laws, and I believe life is better when we live it with passion, presence, and a sense of adventure.

I currently serve as the Senior Marketing Advisor for Cochran Coaching LLC, where I’ve been fortunate to spend the last four years helping shape our message and expand our reach. I thrive on crafting strategies that connect — not just to grow a brand, but to make a real impact.

When I’m not working, I’m usually doing something that fills me up — whether it's creating art, spending time on the water, or exploring somewhere new. I’ve always had a creative spirit and a love for the outdoors. And if there’s a dog around, even better!

Marketing is my profession, but building relationships, creating experiences, and living fully — that’s my purpose. I bring that same energy to everything I do here at Cochran Coaching LLC.

I'm Shaquille Telford, and I believe the more we give, the more we receive. My purpose is to prove that. I currently serve as an event planner, helping attract new clients through high-impact, educational events.

When I'm not working, you'll find me with my three-year-old son, seven-year-old daughter, and my beautiful wife, Jessica.

As a hobby, I love to write—so much so that I spent years as a paid poet and have spoken at several events.

Now, I'm focused on using these skills to put together events that lead to the growth of Cochran Coaching LLC and that of my other clients.
